NPCT meeting in Niš 2012

NIS 2012On Decenber 17, 2012. NPCT meeting was held at premises of Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Nis with participation of representatives form Serbian Universities. Beside discussion related to the quality of achieved project results, project management and further project activities, the main topic of the meeting was planning for the realisation of equipment purchasing. The equipment should be carefully selected and we dedicated lot of attention on analysis of needs, selection and justification of each piece of equipment. Working Group for the purchase of equipment consisting of one representative from every Serbian university is created. The visit of SER representatives to UNIBO

Bologna

Project team DIAUSS consisting of 24 representatives from Serbia (Academic partners: 9 UKG, 4 UNS, 4 UNI, 3 DUNP and Non-acadmic partners (1 SCE, 1 RCCK, 1 RACCS, 1 HS2) visited The University of Bologna from November 20th to 24th, 2012. In accordance with previously agreed visit Agenda, the meetings were held at Faculty of Engineering, automotive engineering industrial facilities (Magneti Marelli, Ducati, Ferari) in Bologna and nearby, as well as at Rectorate of University of Bologna.

Two meetings were held on November 21, 2012. On the first morning meeting, which was held at Faculty of Engineering, after introduction of Prof. Giangiacomo Minak related to study programs and the faculty, two laboratories: one of Industrial Engineering and the second of Civil and Urban Engineering were presented in detailed. Chiefs of both laboratories showed laboratory facilities and equipment to representatives from Serbian delegation and explained student requirements when they perform laboratory exercises. In the afternoon, the whole group went to visit to the company Ferari to visit the company experimental testing facilities as well as the supporting museum.

The group went to visit to the company Magneti Marelli (November 22, 2013). After the presentation of Magneti Marelli product range, two lectures to academic staff were held by MS M. Salvatore, quality manager from Magneti Marelli (The Quality Management Systems in Automotive Industry - examples of Magneti Marelli) and A. Pavlovic, PhD - University of Bologna (Reliability Estimation Methods and Cases for Automotive Parts). After lectures and discussions, the group visited contemporary Magneti Marelli Powetrain Reliability Laboratory. The afternoon program was designated to the visit of DUCATI Factory production facilities.

Vice rector prof. D. Braga opened the meeting and welcomed all the participants at the premises of the University of Bologna Rectorate on November 23, 2013. Later on, representative from University of Bologna Dept. of International Relations and prof. C. Fragassa had the presentations about international mobility of students at UNIBO as well as about its cooperation with industry with emphasize to automotive sector. After presentation on realized project activities by project coordinator Prof. D. Gordic, the meeting and discussions related to the quality of the achieved project outcomes were organized where it was concluded that dynamics and quality of the project are good.

Kick off meeting

Initial meeting of Consortium members (kick off meeting), was held on November 11th and 12th 2011, at Faculty of Engineering , University of Kragujevac.


Kickoff

The purpose of the kick off meeting was to build a common understanding of the goals and objectives for the DIAUSS TEMPUS project within the project consortium, to discuss project implementation in the future, project partner responsibilities and all other technical details. Each member of the project consortium has understood specific project objectives, means and actions leading to their achievement, its respective roles and responsibilities, planned outputs and outcomes, and agreed with the list of measurable indicators of progress in the project implementation and breakdown of the project costs among the partners.
