Dissimination activies at FIN - november 2013

DanFakultetaCeremony held on Friday, 29.11.2013., Faculty of Engineering as the oldest faculty of University of Kragujevac, marked the entry of 54 year of its existence. The main topic of dean prof. dr Miroslav Živković presentation was new study programs of automotive and urban engineering.

Mr Cristiano Franchino HR Manager Fiat Automobiles Serbia at Fiat Group Automobiles talked about the significance of new automotive engineering study program for automotive industry, while Mr Dejan Raonić manager of Public Utility Company „Cistoca“ talked about the importance of urban engineering study program for the fulfilment of local community needs.

Successful accreditation of study programs at UNS

AkreditacijaFaculty of Technical Sciences, University of Novi Sad acredited created master module Automotive engineering at Study programs of Mechanisation and constructive engineering ( 1 year duration) and Urban engineering master study program (1 year duration). Start of realization of new study programs

01-oktThe new developed and modified accredited study programs at at three Serbian universities (University of Kragujevac, University of Nis and University of Novi Sad) in automotive and urban engineering have been started in winter semester at the begging of October of 2013/14 academic schoolyear. The project team wishes lot of success to all enrolled students!

 

The visit of SER representatives to TUKE

Kosice2013Representatives from all Serbian academic partners (8 UKG, 8 UNI, 5 UNS, 6 DUNP) as well as representatives from non-academic partners (1 RCCK, 1 RACCS, 2 HS3, 2 HS4) visited Technical University of Kosice from November 04th to 7th, 2013.

The first morning meeting on November 04th was held at Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. After the address of Dean of Faculty of Mechanical Engineering – prof. František Trebuňa and Vice-dean for International Relations - prof.  Jozef Bocko, related to the organization of study process and scientific work at their institution, lectures about Studies at TUKE:  principles and processes was held by prof. Tomáš Brestovič (Vice-dean responsible for study in 2nd and 3rd degree and informatics) and prof. Ervin Lumnitzer (Chairman of academic senate). Beside fruitful discussion and exchange of experiences from both sides, the special intention was addressed to the fact that new study programs related to automotive engineering are organized at TUKE as a result of increasing demand for skillful manpower in increasingly growing automotive industry in Slovakia. The afternoon session was related to the visit of few laboratories at TUKE (Environmental engineering, Objectification and evaluation physical factors of the environment, Robotic production technology, Computed tomography technology center) in order to get insight into the concept of their organization. The laboratories were presented in detailed and equipment was shown to representatives from Serbian delegation and explained student requirements when they perform laboratory exercises.

On November 05th, after the visit to Laboratory of automobile production and insight into their organization equipment and work, project consortium board meeting was held.  Realized and future planned project activities were presented and discussed. Beside, the meeting and discussions were emphasized to the purchasing of equipment for Serbian partners, financial issues and organization of activities for final project year. During the day, project team visited Culturpark Košice and Steel Park exhibition where they have been acquainted with contemporary urbanistic concepts.

The last day of the trip was dedicated to the visit of Industrial technological park, Kechnec and visit to two modern automotive part production companies Ford Getrag Transmission Slovakia and Magneti Marelli, Powertrain - Electronic Systems.
