In order to ensure better urban planning and development, courses for lifelong learning in the field of urban engineering will be developed, since the number of employees in the public municipal services do not have adequate knowledge in specific fields of urban planning, development of infrastructure for the electric network, water supply network, energy savings and urban management. These courses mproves their knowledge and improve public sector services.
