Structure of automotive engineering study programs

Structure AUTOMOTIVEStructures of proposed new/modified study programs (duration, ECTS, etc.) were developed and defined in order to provide international harmonization (recognition and mobility of students) respecting the needs of local automotive industry. The structure of automotive engineering study programs have been stated from preliminary analysis of relevant structures from EU universities. For UKG study programs the base structures were the structures of appropriate bachelor and master study programs of industrial automotive engineering of Politechnico di Torino First School of Engineering, respecting the good cooperation between this school and the FIAT factory. Structures of other study programs were designed according to the needs of local automotive industry on which the graduates from the universities are profesionaly oriented (e.g. UNS - mechanical engineering, UNI - electrical engineering, DUNP - mechatronics programs).  Representatives UNIBO and TUKE also helped the creation of the structures.
